Need Some Help?

Hi, I’m local to the Suffolk Heritage Coast and have been working with computers and tech for 30+ years. Back in 2020 I started helping out neighbours with tech issues – things like computers, smartphones, Wi-Fi, TVs, Cat6 cabling etc. Word spread, and before I knew it, I’d helped lots of people in the area and surrounding villages. Truth is, there are still plenty of folks who could use a bit of support!

How it Works.

Most of the time, I come over to see you – it’s usually the easiest way to actually see what’s going wrong and get it sorted there and then. I’ll fix things for you, but I’ll also explain in plain English what the issue is (no confusing tech jargon).

Got more of a “How do I…?” type of question? No problem – we’ll go through it step by step, until you’re comfortable doing it yourself.
